this really is fantastic. I was just played this song last night and ran out today to cop last year’s compilation of their 1st few singles and EPs, This Is Still It. its got an essay by Peter Buck where he basically admits to copping Vic Varney’s guitar style.
also apparently if you were an Athens band and weren’t danceable, people hated you.
